Academic Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
GMAT/GRE
A satisfactory GMAT/GRE score.
Part-time MBA applicants with more than 7 years of full-time work experience are eligible to apply for a GMAT waiver, which is subject to approval.
TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo English Test
Good TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo English Test (DET) results are required if English was not the medium of instruction in your undergraduate/postgraduate program.
For requirements on TOEFL/IELTS, please refer to the English Language Requirements session on HKUST Fok Ying Tung Graduate School website.
For DET, the minimum required score is 125.
Work Experience
Full-time MBA: Minimum of 2 years’ full-time work experience.
Part-time MBAs (Weekly / Bi-Weekly): Minimum of 3 years’ full-time work experience.
Digital MBA: Minimum of 5 years’ full-time work experience.
