In this Masterclass, Professor DeKrey, an expert in leadership and Governance, and a leader himself, will discuss what it takes to be an effective leader. In addition to providing examples of famous leaders he has written business cases about for his MBA class, he will describe leadership as a board member. To encourage classroom engagement, Professor DeKrey will present several mini-cases to illustrate actions leaders could take in response to real-life challenges.
