The HKUST MBA Program offers the Alumni Audit Program to support lifelong learning for our MBA alumni and foster strong bonds within our community. Through this program, MBA alumni have the opportunity to participate in selected MBA elective courses for a program fee of HKD$3,000.
Here are some important points to note:
- Each audit course has limited enrollment capacity.
- Instructors have the discretion to set level of participation for enrolled MBA alumni. Some may allow attendance at lectures only, while others may require completion of readings and assignments.
- Generally, instructors finalize the level of alumni participation the week before the first class, after taking the class profile and backgrounds of both students and alumni into consideration. Alumni can check with the instructor regarding their expected level of participation during the first class.
- Courses taken through the audit program will not earn credit or a grade, and proof of attendance records will not be provided.
- We highly encourage active class participation. Please be aware that any negative feedback from the faculty may result in the loss of the alumni audit privilege.
- The program fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of course completion, withdrawal, or any other reasons.
